With babies in their arms...
Sometimes it seems as if there's nearly a baby in every household here. Though I know that's far from true, the amount of newborns, infants, and children in Solentiname is still quite impressive. The illusion that there are babies everywhere is easy to understand once you've met several people who have more than seven brothers and sisters and especially when you meet someone with 15 siblings. Still, the current seems to be changing as several new couples are limiting themselves to having one, two, or three children. Time will tell.
